Standard Stackoff Spot?

BB: BB: 100
CO: Hero: 179.38
BN: BTN: 123.38
SB: SB: 101.18
Preflop (1.50) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
Hero raises to 3, BTN calls 3, SB folds, BB raises to 12, Hero raises to 27, BTN folds, BB raises to 100, and is all in, Hero calls 73

Villain is pretty tight, 22/18/7 in 1k hand sample. We are not closing the action, we are not in position, and I don't want to give BU good odds to continue. HU I'm probably more inclined to flat JJ in this spot vs a villain this tight. What do you guys do in this spot?

I may be reading it wrong but is shows the BTN folding.. In any case with such a tight villain this is a either your flipping or your crushed spot and to me its a pretty safe fold. With those stats in the BB to ship he is QQ+ AK,AQ.

Definitely a good call. We need 36% equity to break even on the call if he's only shoving QQ+, AK. We have exactly 36% against that range with JJ.

If he's shoving any wider like AQ/TT or if he's ever bluffing then we're making money on the call. Whether he shoves JJ or not really doesn't matter in this case since it's only 1 combo.

honestly with 7 percent 3bet sample over so many hands i dont really see him shipping any lighter than qq here ever. also 4betting jacks is pretty bleh. i really dont want to 4bet call jj. id probably flat or fold no 4 bet

This would be a great spot to look at some more specific stats like squeeze %, 3bet from bb and 3bet vs CO. That could give us a better idea of his range.
