Spot w/ Overpair on fairly dry board

Seat 7 is the button
Total number of players : 5
Seat 1: Lemseffer ( $9.77 )
Seat 4: sacktheknife ( $5.15 )
Seat 6: karasina777 ( $11.75 )
Seat 7: BullDoor (Hero) ( $6 )
Seat 9: lucksang ( $7.98 )

* Dealing down cards *
Dealt to BullDoor [ Qs, Qd ]
sacktheknife folds
karasina777 folds
BullDoor raises [$0.18]
lucksang folds
Lemseffer raises [$0.51]
BullDoor calls [$0.39]

Flatted his 3B as villain seemed to me to be 3betting pretty wide, I figured it was better in the long run than a 4bet.

* Dealing flop * [ 8d, 9h, 3s ]
Lemseffer bets [$0.87]
BullDoor calls [$0.87]

Seems standard to me, don't see this flop playing any other way.

* Dealing turn * [ Td ]
Lemseffer bets [$1.45]
BullDoor raises [$4.56]
Lemseffer calls [$3.11]

Really not sure what the correct play here is, is a fold better than a shove? I really hate how I played this hand. Even if he is 3betting some of his suited connectors light OOP, looking back I feel like I'm definitely not beating enough of his range to jam for value as some of his bluff 3bets now have me beat, and the only part of his range that I'm ahead of is JTs, ATs, JJ, AKdd and AJdd (plus he might not even be 3betting JTs or ATs anyway, as they play OK postflop). I'm trying to justify my shove over the top but I can't find much reason, even though my hand is pretty strong. I figure

So yeah gg please berate my inability to get away from a deceptively nice hand when you should probably fold - and sorry for any poor formatting, it's my first hand history on RIO.

EDIT: Thinking about it, is it better for me to 4bet preflop simply for value? I'd feel stuck here, as I haven't seen villain in that spot so I would have to assume that he is only 5betting KK, AA, AK as I'd be spewing to start putting people on 5bet bluffs w/o history, so I feel a 4bet would get some worse hands to call but not enough (TT if he 3bets it, JJ, AQ which I block), all better hands to shove and some worse hands to fold.
