No information on rec, if I know he is type of guy who likes to call I'd give up turn.
Right now I don't like my turn bet, it is way too big and not accomplish a lot(because my plan wasn't to bluff rivers often). River I saw good card for bluff, his range often PP (pre size, and flop, turn play) and some Kx, flushes are often shove flop or turn but he have some for sure. Flush can be scary card for him as well, and possible he will make some herofolds.

Preflop is like the sizing and 3 bet - you could even go larger but it is fine as played.
On the flop, you definitely have to c-bet this board as he will most likely never raise you and you have a much stronger range - e.g. KK, AA, AK.
On the turn after he has called If I were to bet I would bet larger hoping to make him fold his 66-99. With this size, he can call with a lot of his hands.
On the river, I probably am just check-folding here. I prefer a bluff with the Ace of diamonds and as we don't even hold a diamond he could definitely have a flush. He could also have a hand like KJ, JJ which he is never folding.
If we bet turn larger we can get committed (against a range fd,pairs,Kx), but not sure how much larger we want to bet. And I doubt people will fold higher PP(somethings like 77+) ott even vs shove.
I don't like the turn bet. There are two flush draws possible so you're going to have a bunch of hands that you can barrel with and betting your hand for that size should rarely generate folds from weaker hands imo. We'd also obviously prefer to have a diamond to shove river.
