Is this spew? On the river I think if he has AK he has AK and of course the ocassional A3 or 88, i kinda block KQ and calling with KJ/KT it would be hard for him. Also i can't see that many A get on the river besides AK. So what do you think? Should i think like this at this limit?
The other question is what does he put me on, cause on the river then i shove he excludes all my Kx so i have a made hand on the flop as A3s or 88 or some Ax of hearts?

I won't 3bet this pre, and in NL2 I would 3barrel just for hard value. Not trying any random bluff like this, your money will come from bb won with showdown
as Nick says I wouldn't 3-bet q9 off.
I think one issue you have that by 3-barreling on this board run out your range of value becomes super narrow. As you say V can exclude all Kx hands from your range, and he's probably thinking you're not 3-betting many 3s or 8s from BB. Probably his only worry is he got rivered against somebody with A10+? Or you've been betting pocket AAs/KKs? Had you been running similar plays previously at the table that he saw?
But yeah to repeat a point no point triple barrel bluffing at 2nl, if people have any decent piece of the board they will call you down nearly always. Do it for the valuez
