Villain is a slight winning reg playing 24/17 with a 6% 3bet and a 10% flop raise over 2.5k hands.
Simple question: What's our best plan for the rest of the hand?

I´d start with checking the flop. Betting gets you into tons of trouble, just think about on how many flops you´ll be clueless what to do after building a pot with a marginal hand oop.
Generally, is AT the strongest hand in your flop check/call range here? What is your "standard" play with JJ?
Play poker. Call flop, re evaluate turn.
I prefer to x/c weaker T, AT is good to value-bet, lot of value to take on the flop and on the turn. And 10% flop raise in not huge by any means.
Flop seems an easy peel, with TPTK and BDNF. Probably x/f a lot of turn.
I bet flop here often but it is very close. Vs the raise I think fold is probably best. Half the deck on the turn we can't continue on. If we are continuing I think 3b flop is better then calling.
Would like to have a better read on villains flop raising range... Vs a lot of players putting any more money in Vs the raise is getting it in very bad.
I think C betting and check calling flop are both good options although I lean more towards C betting given your HJ opening range. After being c/r'd, I would definitely call as villain's range is weighted towards tons of flush draws and gut shots.
Guys, we were raised on the flop, not checkraised.
