98.5bb Loose Reg raises CO to 8.5bb (know he is raising stuff like 22+ from EP, J8s from MP type of loose, not sure about 3betting frequencies totally, but imagine they might be loose as well, especially given the PFR is pretty loose too(opening stuff like K7o from CO)

JJ falls into a weird place. It's like, we kinda have equity to cold call, but if we are cold calling, it's really the only hand that makes sense to do so with, and that can't be right. I don't think we really want to develop a cold calling range being OOP like this. Issue with 4betting this hand, is we don't block any AK/QQ+, and I don't think JJ has the equity to call a jam, so we are going to be raise/folding alot of money, and maybe not even collecting too much.

But actually, just running some calcs in flopzilla, I think it actually does make sense to just fold JJ here preflop. Our equity actually isn't that great HU, and being OOP it's worst, and the PFR still has an uncapped range and can punish cold calls too.

So, think I kinda figured this one out myself, but thanks for the space to work it out and for reading haha. I was curious as to a hand like AQs, but that has even worse equity than JJ and can just be folded too......
