hi guys.
i am not sure about the following hand. villain is decent reg no read whatsoever other than some bluffs from him in 3b pots after i checked 2 times .
i know preflop is debatle but w/e
i mean this looks like slowplayed QQ/JJ or maybe 77 but how can i fold? i started chatting with him and he instantly chatted back i dont know if that is a read that he is feeling comfortable.
thanks for your input

It seems like a bad spot to bluff , im not sure how wide he 3bets but he should have hands with enough showdownvalue to just check down the river imo. He should probably be stabbing turn with hands that couldnt check it down.
Unless your opponent is extremely smart and creative this is a good fold.
This is pretty funny, apart from the ''decent reg'' part!
I already told you my hand.
hehe ok so it was you :) i was playing 4 tables so i couldnt pay too much attention on your skilllevel. Based on the few hands we were playing my read was that you are pretty solid ;) i didnt mean to descredit you and i guess it was the first time that we have played each other HU. i only play 200 nl zoom for supernova this year and because i am playing on a macbook i dont have a hud for zoom. thats why i dont want to play higher w/o a hud and so i am not too familiar with the 200 nl hu player pool at zoom
thanks for the answers
what did he have? A5s?
I was just joking. 1/2 Zoom HU is fun to play sometimes because you there's nothing running higher anyway. IMO you don't really need a HUD for it.
@fivebet I had 77.
I don't rly get the raise. Yeah we got trips, but as the hand plays out I don't think he's going to call off with worse. We doesn't even got a kicker. villain could easily have QQ or like A5s/K5s himself. If villain doesn't got anything of above he probably just got AJ or w/e weak hand which isn't calling a raise. I don't play HU fwiw, but if this situation would occur in 6-max this would be my thoughts.
OP has enough air to bluffraise river that I'd be incentivized to call some of my river value bets, and it's very unlikely he's beat.
77 would get bet most of the time by me, but I was trying out some different lines.
Nobody's checking JJ twice because it doesn't block top pair. QQ sometimes on the flop, but almost everyone bets that on the turn, given the wetness and because they want to build a pot.
Too strong a hand to fold, given he can have chops and often will take different lines with better hands.
yeah by the time i was playing you i was not sure about QQ/JJ. i just remembered a hand where you checked twice as 3bettor and then stabbed river with air and i was calling pretty light. so it came to my mind that you may want to take the same line with a really strong hand. additonal to that i was was even losing to A5 or K5. i mean you have to be pretty sick to bluff3bet this river trying to get people to fold trips at 200 nl. i might have even called if i knew who you were at that time :)
@ sweet16
i am not sure about just calling river. it seems way to tight imo. i am only repping a few combos of 5x so he can bet/call AJ or KJ or maybe even some weak Qx that got to the river w/o betting.
@chael
thx for sharing your thoughts. its really valuable. did you put me on a 5 when i was raising your river bet?
The problem with calling off the river is that we rep thin and polarize our range to 5x so it's hard to bluff when we rep so little. Additionally 95s is close to bottom of your river raising range.
Vicious check by Chael ott.
Of course you can fold. If your opponent is good Reg, he knows you have 5. So he go all in only with full house 99% time.
