So I've been watching some of isuldur1's play online and have been noticing that he jams a lot on the river instead of value betting. It seems like he's mostly doing this when he has the nuts or close to the nuts. It does seem like a pretty good strategy because you only need a couple of calls out of 10-20 folds for it to be more profitable than the value bet on the river; the only down side is that the risk of ruin is much more palpable in contrast with the value bet. Thoughts ?
