Should we have a cold call range in the small blind facing large raises live?
Facing 5x+ raises, should we have a calling range with any hands in the small blind? Should we play 3bet or fold? What range of hands should be put into both lines?

it often seem awkward to 3bet here pots get so big. are you playing 100bb? or deeper. if BB is passive and you think you can play well post flop vs the opener etc, maybe flatting gets a bit better imo. fold equity pre flop in live games isn't that good a lot of the time haha... not when they have decided to put in a big raise.
Usually playing quite a bit deeper than 100bb. Squeezes rarely occur I would say. I would agree that fold equity is almost non-existent in the games I play in.
With that in mind creating a flattingrange in SB sounds reasonable. The main reasons why we mostly playe 3B/F only in SB is to discount our positional disadvantage due to FE (that seem to not exist in your lineup) and to avoid getting Squeezed with marginal hands (which also seem not to exist at your game)
