In this hand I'm actually only interested in villains play as he showed down AQ no backdoor and I was kinda surprised by that. The biggest question for me is if he should be cbetting the flop. With no BD and OOP to two players I might have though about just c/f this but he probably has the strongest range here and still some cards to put pressure on, especially since he blocks AJ and QJs, two of the most likely holdings that are going to call at least 2.
As played, should he have bet the river? 99 and 88 as well as J9s, J8s got there but there's also KJ, QJ, maybe J7s, maybe even TT or A2dd in my range that could find a fold here. Also QTs could be in his but not in my range. Actually seems like a decent spot if he decided to bet the turn.
