Should I teach my friend Poker?

Hi I have a friend he just turned 18 and he really likes gambling but I mean real gambling like slots. He has a lot of biases for example he thinks that slots are beatable if you know some tricks. Yesterday he turned 3€ into 90€, probably just beginners luck but he said it was his skillful play that made him win.

Apparantly he is taking a break from slots now. For 3 weeks. Because he won. He would get addicted if he didn't take a break.
I like his decision to quit slots but I have a different reasoning. It's a really -EV game and I hate losing money. I also don't like the imagination of financing the Porsche of the Casino owner with my hard-earned money.

Long story short: my friend is stupid.

But I still think that it could be a good idea to introduce him to the world of Poker. I'm not sure if I can make a winning player out of him but even if he was a losing player he would only be slightly -EV imo and this is way better than playing slots. It's also better for the Poker economy if he should become a losing player.

So with these thoughts in mind is it a good idea to teach him Poker and show him how to beat NL2-NL10?

Cheers
