Hero bets $0.21, CO raises to $0.63, Hero calls $0.42

Hero checks, CO bets $1.17 and is all in, Hero folds

Pretty self explanatory, he has all the overpairs so I believe its for sure a fold at turn but what about flop? He is a tight reg 17/11/12
