Pre probably u can go bigger if you know he is calling bigger 3bets.
Flop I think I should have raised because he likely has an overpair like 77-JJ that isn't folding..
But he still gave him room to bet/fold flop so I thought maybe he is betting for information and so I wanted to rep AK or 2 overcards type hand so I can raise him on the turn but I didn't really think about that he would be scared if a T,J,Q,K,A hits so that's a bunch of cards..
so just raise flop and get it in on the turn am I right?
and calling flop is bad vs fish?

Yeah, pretty much this. I would raise the flop and get it in on pretty much any turn, including this one.
ok it's unlucky that the Ace came which is the ultimate scare card, but still I feel like I'm missing a ton of value in these spots. That's like 1,40$ I could have gotten from him :X
I'd raise flop especially without the Kc I think it's an auto raise. But actually against this guy I'd raise regardless of that. He's just going to go broke with any overpair/fd/pair
I'd raise that flop all day every day. A fish isn't getting away from ANY overpair/draw/pair+draw here.
