You have enough SDV to check this down, trying to bluff two pairs, sets or AA doesnt seem like a best idea in microstakes
What K's and 8's do you have in your Call 3b UTG vs. SB range? I don't think 88 (which should be your only 8's in this spot) calls pot on this flop when all of your outs are going to be severely tainted. Spiking a T or 8 is likely no good here.
As for river, I like the check. You have SDV. You are going to fold his air when you bet (which you win against anyway), you are going to get called by like nothing you beat (at least not often enough to bet this thin) and you are going to lose a bet unnecessarily when you get check/raised.
Think about your entire range here. You're going to have a lot of flush draws, and if you were to turn a pair into a bluff you would pick the one with the least amount of showdown that blocks their check call range on the turn, which would be a 9 or a J on this board as they will x/c Q9, J9, 99, JJ, QJ, etc. So think 'do I make worse hands call when I bet here'...probably not....'do I make better hands fold here when I bet'...also, probably not...so then you move on to the next combo that you can have...Jx, 9x, flush draws, etc and ask yourself the same question...Flush draws you can make a lot of better hands fold by the river and also make the best hand on occasion...so think about every hand you can get to the turn with and it will help you figure out what to bet and check.
