This player is pretty active, 28/24 with 0 % 4 bet and 67% folding to 3bets, but i think i too much 3betting him.
fold to cbet 72%, c/r flop 8%.

I often just muck this to the raise. As played I think betting turn is appropriate. I mean where you planning on winning with T high :D. Unlikely your getting odds to draw to the gutter.

it's really hard to rep anything on the river.

what was the plan when you called the flop c/r? you don't have implied odds on the gutterball even if you think he's stacking off a lot when you hit AND giving a lot of free cards on the turn, which is an unlikely combination of tendencies. you might be planning to bluff at a heart on the turn, but i don't think that gives you enough
