How often are you folding to 3bets OOP? and how often are you 4betting? Given you guys are 150bb deep, I think he is more inclined to flat your 4bet with a wider range than normal IP so the 70% fold to 4bet doesnt apply as much here. I think your 4bet sizing is fine for normal stack sizes but you might want to make it a little bigger since you are turning your suited ace into a bluff by 4betting and don't really want to play 3bet pot deep OOP.

btw are you using PT3? or HM? I'm not sure to set up PT3 to get a BU vs CO 3bet stat. Seems very useful.

My 4bet range is about 3.5% with 15% 4bet percentage vs 3bet. This average changes a lot so I don't think it's much to go by. Would you put in his calling range most of his 3betting range here?

I use HM2 but I don't have a specific BU vs CO 3bet stat, although I think you can find it in the stats. I have 3bet overall AGAINST each position and 3bet overall FROM each position.

Given we are 150bb deep here I think I am less inclined to 4b this hand here. I would instead increase my value 4betting range (im assuming this is as a bluff) since he can supposedly flat wider. I think your 4b sizing is fine fwiw. flop is okay.
Turn im not too sure I like. You should either b/c or c/c imo depending on what you think he is continuing with. Not sure why you would c/r here?

I wanted to check/call but then he bet so huge it didn't make much sense plus I wasn't planning on folding my hand so I shoved expecting to not be much ahead really but I don't need him to fold a big part of his range given how big he bet. Plus, if he has super light floats here given my flop sizing, check/shove makes even more sense.
