[SH] 100NL JTo 3B pot. Just a butchered hand on everystreet

CO: $317.98
BN: $125.51
SB: $100.50
BB: $101.50
HJ: $225.97 (Hero)
Villian is a solid winning reg at 100NL 22/20 over a 3k sample. he has an overall 3B 9%, 6% from Button, 11% from BB and CO. Hes pretty aggressive and we have alot of history. TBH he probably views me as a bad reg and spewy. I play a 21/19 and I haven't been defending 3B OOP that often, mostly 4b/c 4b/f my hands.

Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J T
Hero raises to $2.87, CO folds, BN raises to $8.30, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $5.43
Opening JTo UTG isn't my standard play but there was a fish in the BB. I think defending the 3B from a solid reg is also pretty -EV but whatever. I'd be more interested to hear about how to play this spot with 22-AA. Are people even opening 22-66 UTG?(is this a really stupid question? I feel like there are no boards we can comfortably barrel with those hands when we don't hit a set and so often we get floated on the flop and have to c/f turn) do we defend 77-TT and 3B JJ+? or should we also flat JJ+ to strengthen our range because I feel like when I call here my pfr range is capped. I never have QQ+ AK+ here. However, playing QQ/AK OOP in 3B pot is also going to be annoying.
Flop ($18.10) K T 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $9.05, Hero calls $9.05
I honestly have no idea how to play this flop. His cbet flop is 82%. Given his sizing, I think I can discount some combos AA w/o As KK, TT, AK no spade. maybe? What is my perceived hand range when i call here? Assuming I got here with 98ss, whats my line?
Turn ($36.20) Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $18.10, Hero calls $18.10
His cbet turn is 47% I think my hand looks like QQ-JJ//AQ//AJ///QJ with J or Q of spade. His sizing again looks super nutted but there are still a ton of air in his range and semi bluffs with 1 high spade.
River ($72.40) K (2 Players)
Hero checks, Hero calls $90.06
His cbet riv is 70% He's good enough to VB AK here however I think I can discount AK combos without A of spade given his flop sizing and turn bet. When he jams, hes pretty polarized. I think AA checks back this river or goes for smaller sizing because my hand looks like a bluff catcher. Unless he's intentionally trying to look like he's polarizing his range so i make a herocall. I basically hate life here.
Any additional thoughts, comments, and criticism are all appreciated.

Here is a thread I created a while back about raising 22-66 from utg, we had a pretty good discussion feel free to read through it. http://www.runitonce.com/nlhe/low-pocket-pairs-from-utg/

What is villains fold vs x/r? I think this is a good spot to x/r since when called you still have equity, you have a ton of cards that improve your hand for turn and river.
But as played I'm calling river as well cursing at the board runout lol, but my reasons for calling are because we are blocking KJ QJ JT, he is weighted towards AA, but I think AA will check back river on a K. So His value range imo is TT 44 QQ or A2s-A5s(depending on if he 3bets low suited aces or 22-66) which would make sense since the board paired and now hes not afraid of flushes and if you had Kx it would be hard for you to let go as well.

I also like to look at my 3bet vs hero stat in conjunction with their 3bet% to get a better idea. It helps alot with zoom games when a reg just constantly 3bets you and your not really paying attention.

fold vs x/r F 81% and x/r T 47% however I think these stats don't have a large enough sample size and I shouldn't rely on it too much but pay more attention to board texture and dynamic. Plus Those are non 3bet pot stats.
