Villain was reg-ish but I have seen him do weird stuff like squeeze 63s and 3bet TJo vs MP from SB e.t.c. So he obviously isn't too great.

So he donks, I see this as quite strong, or a draw. I feel like if I 3bet the flop and get it in - im not happy about it. TT, 77 and some flushes are in his range. But so is AhX. But I am not sure he plays a draw this way.
