First of all I know I played this hand bad, was end the end of a losing session.
However, I want to learn from it.
Question: do you cbet this flop?
Checkfolding seems too weak against a player who flats alot of hands pre.
Checkcalling can't be optimal either?
If cbet, what size & why?

No. What is this bet accomplishing? OOP you want to proceed very carefully on these type of boards.
Why? He has a wide range but that wide range is connecting really well with this board. And you can still check/call. No one sais you need to check fold.
Why not? There's still a lot of money to be played for, we have a gutshot to the nuts, backdoor nut draw and overcards.
You can have a cbet range. But when you are not cbetting often you are sizing op. Standard rule is: Frequency goes up, sizing goes down. Frequency goes down, sizing goes up.
Thank you for your comment can you expand on your last statement
"Standard rule is: Frequency goes up, sizing goes down. Frequency goes down, sizing goes up.
I've seen it a couple time but not really understanding.
Thank you in advance
Frequency refers to how often you are cbetting hands of your range. What you see often these days is that on flops people are cbetting a small sizing or advicing to bet a small sizing. This is because they are cbetting 100% of their range.
Then on the turn the sizing goes to 2/3rd pot, 3/4th pot rather often. At this point people are selective betting, a smaller % of their range.
When you are betting a large % of your range your cbet sizing tends to go down. When you are betting a small % of your range your cbet sizing tends to go up.
The reasons behind this is mainly explained through terms as "merged" and "polarized". But it does go a lot deeper than that. Peter Clarke does explain it somewhat in From the Ground Up course.
But as a good basis you can think in that way. Do I cbet here very often? Yes -> small sizing. No -> bigger sizing. Cbet sizing and cbet% are somewhat inversely proportional.
I think he means the more often a spot comes up like bu vs bb on dry board the more often we bet 1/3 pot cbet, and if a spot is less comon we bet 3/4 with top of range
Yeah I would play more passively on the flop and on the turn, our hand is not that exciting and we're not going to have an advantage againts a tight IP calling range.
I also dislike river sizing, I would go for a smaller one given how equal your ranges are (both players have a lot of straights and flushes so we ought to not polarize heavily). As played I would advocate folding to a raise, your line is very strong and villain shoves anyways, meaning that he probably has a flush.
cbetting this flop small or check calling a small bet is both fine
river bet is way to big, but small instead. As played with the giant bet, fold to raise for sure.
