Well played, it always good to stick to the plan.
Bad fold in my opinion. He could have a lot of worse flushes due to your positions and the fact he's "fishy" as you said. So, you can't fold second nuts here.
I guess he would have defended his blind with a suited ace. So i think it's an easy call.
You mean 3bet?
I would double barrel turn almost always. If he his fishy, he will shove straights and even sets.
Oh boy, why? :( Easy call imo.
If he's fishy, he's going to shove a lot lighter than a reg would.
I'd double barrel.
I dont think that river is "easy" anything and expecting to see sets or straights is way too optimistic.
Correct option is to tank down, smile, remember that money is not the most important thing in the world and click call fully aware of the fact that you're never good. Be pleasently surprised if he shows you the third nuts once in a blue moon.
Folding is a legitimate option, but if you have to ask, its better to call. Once you get to know the population better/will be sure in these spots, than you'll be able to make these folds.
Gross spot. The fact that he instabets pot and instaraises makes me want to throw this away.
If the first bet was 3.50 instead of 4.50 I'm never folding but this is 'always' the nutflush imo.
I don't think we should fold against an unknown fish. You'd be surprised at how these players can way overvalue hands. He has 7 combos of nut flushes at the most, but could easily be shoving plenty of worse flushes here. I've even seen players 3-bet AI on similar rivers with the straight. So definitely call.
You need 38% to call. With only 5 combos of worse flushes in his range you have a call.
