SB completes me with J5o on BB 50NL Zoom 6Max

BN: $67.25
SB: $52.42
BB: $52.65 (Hero)
UTG: $71.90
HJ: $95.32
CO: $17.31
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 5 J
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero checks
Flop ($1.00) 6 9 J (2 Players)
SB bets $0.65, Hero calls $0.65
Turn ($2.30) 6 9 J Q (2 Players)
SB bets $2, Hero calls $2
River ($6.30) 6 9 J Q 2 (2 Players)
SB bets $12, Hero calls $12

Me 22/18/af3.0/3bet7.5  339 hands

Him 28/20/af48.0/3bet9.5  117 hands

It's a spot where I end up with a hand that I don't care to play sitting on BB while SB completes me.

His Cbet stats at 57/67/100 FTR doesn't look THAT out of whack so I have no idea why his af is 48.0

But I think it is somewhat significant because I did a spin on my heels to make the call on river.

He could turn Tx/Spades FD/6x/9x/Ace high/King high into a bluff on the flip side of his nutted range on river.

Thoughts?

Super high variance play here. I'm personally not a big fan of it to be honest.

It's simply hard to see how we're ahead here. In some situations, I could even fold to his turn bet here, since we know that he's almost certainly betting the river. You have so little invested at this point, you could wait for a better spot, and with position against him in 5/6 hands that's going to be a situation that will come up more often than not.

In terms of ranges, our range looks exactly like it is, and he's able to play perfectly against us as a result. Unless you had some dead solid read that he's going crazy with all Ace highs, K highs, this cannot possibly be profitable. I can't see how he's ever better worse for value.

On another note, you're playing pretty loose lately buddy!

I'm so tight I wear a school girl uniform. WTH are you talking about? His AF is soooooooooooo high though so it seems like a waste of money buying HM2 or PT4 if I don't call here imo. Trust your HUD!!!!!!

117 hands is maybe too small of a sample to trust your HUD blindly....

But it could be enough to have some info of his SB tendencies....I mean...is he calling near 100% here? Did he ever complete/raise or complete/fold the SB?

I woulld usually expect a somewhat aggro reg to open raise his A9+/89+/J9+/QJ/KT/AQ stuff in the SB

That said our range is heavilly capped and we just never have any set or strong 2p OTR and so an overbet bluff would make decent sense to me....dont might calling here maybe due to the fact that we´re somewhat up in or range

AF at +40 over +100 hands is amazing imo. I almost never see such stats in Zoom. So, yeah, it's a simpletonish approach. He had 97o, so whatever, yeah, but you can see how that's possible, he could be bluffing or turning some of his hands into a bluff on river or the nutted range or missed draws.
