I decided to mix it up here and call aks vs utg from the sb (not my standard line).
Do you think i should shove river? Villain is unkown. Im blocking aq/at/kq which probably is good, and i though sets wouldve raised me before the river mostly, so i shoved. What do you guys think?

not good.you should ALL-IN on the turn .
I don't know to be honest.
IMO the shove is not too good simply because villain could easily see that there are a million draws that missed (excepting J9) on the river and give you little credit for having a value hand to shove... I think I would call you as weak as KQ.
I'd rather c/c flop than c/r, you're getting really good odds and given OR is UTG your FE seems really low flop/turn with this line. Now as played I guess you have a nice combo to bluff with OTR (not blocking his pair+draws and blocking a good part of his calling range).
Well, first of all, I dont think that a lot of draws actually whiffed, since I think that we're not flatting like KJs preflop+we're not flatting a gazzilion suited combos, our range is PP heavy and should include QQ.
However, villain might not know that (I'd be surprised to see too many nl10 players consider preflop range during a river decision in a similar spot)+we block hands we're trying to target (unless Im way off and you're actually content with KK calling and want to fold out Qx?)
How is blocking AT good? If you want to be blocking at=dont think he'll fold at=>he'll fold whiffed draws only and we either block or beat those, so the jam cant be good, no?
Yeah, I also think than c/c flop is better than c/r. You‘ve got A high (some equity) and a strong draw. And, on this flop, you mainly rep draws (SD and FD) when you c/r and, like Fritzlm said, you’re against an UTG range so your FE is not very high I think. As played, OTR, I'd prefer an overbet to maximise our FE. With this SPR, I'd c/f I think.
I don't like the river jam either, xr is meh...
As played till the turn, villain has Qx, AA, KK as the majority of his range. You and the board block most of the draws. If he has weaker hands in his range, its because he's either a calling station, or puts you on draws, either way, he's very unlikely to fold the river.
As for the x/r, when you do it here, you mostly rep draws, 66 and QT. but the board is so draw heavy for you, that you have way more draws than made hands. Its not terrible to x/r here, given our hand is so strong, but when we get called, its pretty hard to get much FE on the turn or river unless we hit our hand ( a 9 is decent bluff card) so it's a weird spot. It is a much different spot than J9ss on this board. We can rep all the flushes for FE and get paid on our hits.
I prefer to XC the flop. As played, I have no idea.
