What do you assume his range for 3barreling is?
What parts of this range do you think he is folding to a shove?
This seems pretty suicidal based on my assumptions on how your opponent is likely to play.

River jam is quite bad. Also increase in sizing from turn -> river usually indicates an increase in hand strength.
Better to block the J and/or the straight here, but this play is too fancy either way, against a big nit like Villian.
25% RFI is not super tight, so I'd 3bet here and try to steal a lot of pots from him post-flop, since he playing too weak.
3b pre or call is fine. If a weaker player is in blinds a call is best, if both regs in blinds I prefer 3b and if there is a weak reg or something it's kind of whatever.
