Rivering boats is never fun

SB: $51.69
BB: $59.07 (Hero)
HJ: $50.34
CO: $65.04
BN: $37.41
sb is 23/16 3b 11% over 70 hands so no real sample - looking reggy
Preflop ($0.75) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 8
HJ folds, CO raises to $1.25, BN calls $1.25, SB calls $1, Hero calls $0.75
Flop ($5.00) T 9 6 (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks, BN checks
Turn ($5.00) T 9 6 8 (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.35, CO calls $2.35, BN calls $2.35, SB calls $2.35
We cool with betting turn here, i feel like some worse will call and we will buy a river card most of the time from peoples 7x, plus we should win the pot frequently often.
River ($14.40) T 9 6 8 9 (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, CO folds, BN folds, SB raises to $48.09, and is all in
Ez value bet / throw up everywhere

Now at this point i feel like TT shouldnt be part of his range that often
A) he should probably sqz it pre esp. since BN is a fish
B) i feel like he would donk out sets OTF 4 ways as his x/r would look super lol on this flop and it getting checked round is quite likely too - however its possible he could check all his flopped sets and T9s combos too.

I cannot decide whether he would play 66 like this, i dont know if he's bad enough too and he obviously never bluffing with this line.

So can i just fold the boat here?
