I have a question how callulate frequency of value and bluff where we have different sizing on river.

As example: 100bb hero 3bet SB Vs BB,
Flop AQ6o 1/3b
Turn 7o 50-60% bet
River 9o jam 100bb

Hero jam AA/AQ/66/77/QQ. How many combos hero need as bluff and what they are?

The same question in 200bb stack using over bet jam on river?

What will be the deference in value/bluff frequencies in 100/200bb using jam and over bet river?

How in general calculate value/bluff ratio using different sizing from 1/2 to 2x over bet? Maybe there is some formula?
