Based on the min raise and his stacksize, I am pretty confident that we are dealing with some kind of volatile player profile.
Could go even larger or for an x/r. However, this should be also fine inducing some raises and AAh doesnt really need that much of a protection.
I would make a 3bet here without an Ah. Called, because I think he can have a decent amount of naked bluffs which can continue firing OTT and would fold against a 3bet.
Also we are not that deep, so we do not need to bet big and building up the pot, we should get stacks anyway (33/75/100$ of the pot)
