River sizing against polarized range (volatile)

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) BB: $3.81
UTG: $10.16 (Hero)
CO: $2.50
BN: $6.25
SB: $10.35
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.30, BN calls $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.95) J 5 5
BB checks, Hero bets $0.32, BN raises to $0.64, BB folds, Hero calls $0.32
Based on the min raise and his stacksize, I am pretty confident that we are dealing with some kind of volatile player profile.
Could go even larger or for an x/r. However, this should be also fine inducing some raises and AAh doesnt really need that much of a protection.
I would make a 3bet here without an Ah. Called, because I think he can have a decent amount of naked bluffs which can continue firing OTT and would fold against a 3bet.
Also we are not that deep, so we do not need to bet big and building up the pot, we should get stacks anyway (33/75/100$ of the pot)
Turn ($2.23) J 5 5 T
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($2.23) J 5 5 T 7
Hero bets $2.23
Probably targetting only 5x and flushes. 5.31$ left. Is he calling XhXx inelastically vs any sizing?
Just wondering if against weaker guy, arent we just better off going AI?
