River Shove or Fold?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) BN: $2.39
SB: $3.43
BB: $2.83
UTG: $2.31 (Hero)
MP: $3.14
CO: $2.06
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is UTG with Q A
Hero raises to $0.05, 4 folds, BB raises to $0.14, Hero calls $0.09
I had no information on Villain. I decided to flat villains 3bet and play IP with my UTG range.
Flop ($0.29) 7 5 4
BB bets $0.09, Hero calls $0.09
I called his 1/3 pot bet, figured his range had more over cards than pairs and maybe should of re-raised to price him out of flush draws?
Turn ($0.47) 7 5 4 5
BB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30
Villain bets larger on the turn, it felt bluffy - not sure if my call was the right play. I was planning to Jam on most rivers to push him of AK.
River ($1.07) 7 5 4 5 3
BB bets $1.32, Hero raises to $1.78 and is all in, BB folds
Villain over bets the river leaving 50BB behind. Decided to shove and blast him of AK. Maybe his over pairs are betting smaller for value?
Final Pot UTG wins $3.58
Rake is $0.13

Firstly, I have just signed up for the essential membership and working my way through 'From the Ground up' as a newbie. I am currently at 2NL but trying to put some serious effort into learning. I would appreciate any comments from the community or pointers to refine my thought process.
