Should I fold here? The only hand Villian rep is 44, but, since he checked back turn, I don't see any bluff at this spot.
I don't have many hand history of him, he looks like a normal REG.

If villain did not show some crazy previous moves this is an easy fold.
He can have 88,55,44...even A2s (maybe A3s), could have played them the same. I don't think he has any bluffs in such a spot.
I think the villain most likely to bet those hands on the turn, especially we don't have many history with each other.
Agree that without reads this is a fold. The hands which he can have are obvious.
Why did you overbet the pot on the River?
Cus I did this 3 or 4 times on this table, and I'm pretty sure he noticed that, so I decided to overbet here for maximum value, he would call with many middle pairs and even ace high.
checking turn is a big mistake. I would probably bet bet shove this runout, you def have to bet turn either way.
If I bet the turn, he would snap fold all the air he could have, AQs AK QKs QJs ... My plan was induce him to bet all those hands and middle pairs like TT 99 66 77 for protection.
All of the hands (except KQs/QJs) you said are way way likely to call a bet than bet theirself. AK/AQ is not air either, they got lots of showdown value and are just going to try to showdown and win a bunch.
Either way if you want to check this turn in this situation, JJ is not the hand. You're ahead of his range and there is lots of value to get from betting, just bet instead of trying to complicate things.
Thx , I just didn't realize that he would check back AQ AK, and maybe 66. Yes, I should bet turn for value and protection.
Yeah, only hands that beat you're boats (or quads) since he probably got no 2x in his range (most likely don't slowplay QQ+ either) . And it's rly hard to hit boats (especially since his only boats is pocket pairs pre, makes them even less) , in spots like this it's important to estimate how much you beat. Which you seem to do by now, but I mean your hand is the nuts basically and as you said, it still does need a bit of protection vs AQ for example. However it's important to process through these things even at the table so you know when to value bet or check.
easy fold, impossible he is bluff, overpair is bad here
Yeah betting turn is better. Also I'd make it slightly bigger preflop but this is probably not a huge difference.
