He has EP RFI of 24% (small sample but he is definitely loose) and folds only 40% to 3-bets. That means that he has a considerable amount of flushes and Kx in his range. Still, his W$SD of only 21% made it look really tempting to make a call

Stats can be misleading at times... that 21% may just have been a whole bunch of passive hands that went to SD with no real action. It's kinda close but I think the default here would be to fold river without a little more of a solid read.

I can highly recommend customizing your W$SD stat to only include hands where the final pot was over 40bb. It would give you a much clearer idea about what this villain was doing in the pots he was contesting.

You use that when reviewing hands or in-game hud or pop up ? If later which one HUD or Pop up?

River is a clear fold.
Are you hoping he turns 77 into bluff? Or that he floated flop with AQo to bluff you later?
It's understendable how you would think you can bluff-catch vs a player that looks to be loose and aggressive, but you have to consider how your preflop and flop actions narrowed his range down. Of course your hand is face up, which he might try to exploit, but you don't know if he does. Add some stronger hands to your turn x/c range and you should find out soon enough.

Which stronger hands? AhAx? KK? I would like to barrel my AK combos OTT so the stronger hands I have left are those I mentioned. I think AhAx is good because I'll block his flushes by the river.

KK might not even CB flop, since it's so dry, and you got all the kings, but could also go to bet 1/3 flop, x/c or x/r turn range. Few AK combos could do well as well, since they're valuebetting for a chop often enough anyway.
