Honestly i was shocked to see that raise, and didn't know what to do, so just folded at the end.

I think I like a 3b pre compared to flatting a hand like Q8s, granted I am unsure how tight villain is. If villain is tight, this should probably be a fold unless maybe he has a massive fv3b. I don't see him betting this small with his sets on this particular flop. On the river, he is SO limited, but however, I like your fold, since he would be a fool to be shoving here without nutted hands. What hands? I can't think of many, but if he is repping it, he probably has it. Ask yourself, if someone was bluffing, why make it this size? He would want to make it as small as possible to reduce risk when called. The most likely hands he could have I guess are 3's, 5's, A2, or quads.
pre is a fold, not close! You're letting bb print money+you opted to play a weak hand, without initiative, oop...just fold and play tight in sb in general
the rest is fine, river is a trivial b/f
