I thought about shoving here but there's nothing worse he can call with, so a check is best?

Assuming he raised on the turn with some suited broadway (spades) which called on the flop hoping to make straights, flushes or pairs by the river, then against this range of value (sets, straights) and miss flushes:
99,88,55,JTs,98s,76s,AsQs,AsJs,KsJs,QsJs,AsTs,KsTs,QsTs I have 31% equity. Would this be a sound assumption. Also at this limit arent people tend to underbluff

I would make it a bit bigger otf, he could call even with over cards so value
and a bit bigger ott
would have to call at least one on turn
and fold river
wp
Turn is still av-bet, probably a just call against the raise because villain doesnt have kx 2pair, KK almost never and you block other sets. River I think folding is correct. You just have enough straights you can call with.
