Its obviously possible that he floated kx here but how many does he even have in his button coldcalling range? Im almost certain he 3bets akx and likely kqx. Im also blocking some kx (and some of his bluffing range) and cbet kx here a ton! He obviously wont raise 9x like this on the river which leaves his river raising range so very small. Do you think this is retarded spew or should be one of my bluffs?

I think your river play is terrible. I think you should bet the turn a little bit bigger, like 2.6-2.7 or so. I think QJ is a decent hand to bluff river some % of the time but once you get raised you just have to fold.
We both agree that villain is extremely polarized on the river. Either he has kx 99 or nothing, right? Dont you think kx is etremely unlikely here based on what i said?
things you have going for you: you block his most likely Kx combos (KQ KJ)
bad stuff: he raised very large, and you will have Kx here too as I think KJ KT KQ type hands are nice hands to put in ur flop betting range for this size (can turn straight draws easily and keep betting, and king high has little SD value). Also given no FD came in on turn, you won't have that many bluffs either. You would definitely follow up and play all those Kx i listed above this way. Therefore if he is bluffing you for that size, you will have Kx enuf to punish him hard.
I dont like his sizing bc it rarely gets paid by worse as I wud expect you to vbet QQ/AA/T9s/J9s here usually but i dont think ur calling the raise often enuf. I think a smaller raise functions better in that it forces you to call wider or else give him a cheap bluff. Regardless, for this size its def a fold.
A rebluffing range here is not necessary and only would have merit i think if he raised a bunch of 9x for crazy thin value and folded to the shove (as well as raised some bluffs that contained some ace high combos)
What do you think are the odds that he is bluffing at all?
Would you really vbet QQ/AA here OTR? What are worse hands do you expect will call here, TT and JJ?
This is not possible spew, this is definitely spew at these stakes ;)
I have to imagine that this a spew at all the stakes...
