RFI vs PFR. Which one is better to construct ranges?

I have a databas of roughly 400.000 hands of nl10. In my All Player report (stats for the player pool as a whole) usually the RFI number is higher than PFR. For instance in BTN the PFR number is 23.28 but the RFI is 37. Same with CO with a PFR% of 19.80 and RFI of 25.13 (and so on with similar gaps for every position).

Which one of these stats is more helpful to infer ranges from in your opinion?
