Really odd squeeze Hand

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $62.70
SB: $17.77
BB: $22.78
UTG: $26.02
MP: $26.95 (Hero)
CO: $20.48
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is MP with Q Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO folds, BN calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, BB raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $7.75, BN calls $7.00, SB folds, BB calls $4.25
Flop ($24.00) 6 5 8
BB checks, Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($24.00) 6 5 8 6
BB bets $15.03 and is all in

All of these are unknown but the bb seems to be a fish. The button i dont know except that he isnt hid from player search and played 2 zoom tables.

Overall i think there is a not very small chance that the BU will have a decent portion of AA as his range.

I basically am unsure about every single action i did in this hand. I kind of like the flop check because i obviously am scared of a or k hitting the turn, but i think i need to give the bu the chance to bluff and if he doesnt i need to give bb the chance to jam overpairs and whatever hands he might have.

I don't feel comfortable discussing the 4bet pre flop except to say that it can't be terrible. Once we 4bet pre flop vs a 4way squeeze and get two calls, I can't put either player on AA anymore... Maybe we can give each player half a combo of AA-KK, but that's worst-case scenario.
On the flop, the SPR is less than 1. Even with the KK part of our range, I would like an AI for ~4/5 to 3/4 pot. But with QQ, almost half the turn cards kinda suck. In short, this is our flop when we 4bet pre. We should take it down some with a cbet, and get some value from players who are likely calling too wide pre flop vs 4bets.

size 4-bet up, 8.75 minimum
I like CBing Ai w/ stack depth
Puts max pressure on FD's and over cards.
Like supper suggested KK+ can be weight

BB is shorter and a fish, so I don't really think it makes sense to have a non-allin 4b range here, unless we have some exploitative read.
Against a nittier fish I'd just call pre, otherwise I'd jam as a standard.
Flop is a push in my opinion. I doubt they will bluff enough on blank turns to compensate the risk of an overcard, a 7, or the 2out to their TT,JJ combos, which they're likely stacking off with.
Also, AA-KK should be really infrequent in their ranges.
