Ratio value/bluff

Hi, I have some dudes in the turn when we must take the decision to make the distribution to the ratio value/bluff and evaluate the FE in boths streets. Normally if we have chance to made overbet in river we can increment bluff/value ratio, but here Im not sure if play this way is EV- or... and how different must be in single raise pot to 3bpot.
