Range analysis processes

I need to get a good drill or exercise down for looking at range v range in relation to the effect of future cards on x flop.
I've seen a bunch of ideas, the thing they all have in common is they compare how (entire) preflop ranges hit flops, and from there which turns helps which range etc.
So far so good, however, I don't know about you but I have never ever been in a holdem hand where 100% of my preflop range saw the turn v 100% of the villains preflop range - less we're all in preflop and then who cares anyway.
Somebody always either bets or neglects to do so, and this means that at least one of the ranges will have a significantly different makeup that it's original preflop intergrity.
Which means the output of say an equilab or holdeq as to which turns are good or bad range v range is totally compromised.

Without painstakingly creating flop betting and calling ranges in flopzilla for every flop I want to look at, it seems really hard to get the info I want. I know a gto calc will build tress and show ev of range v range, but I'd argue they aren't so useful from a learning point of view because:
- Those ranges reflect neither the actual range I or my micro stakes villain will be using in practice
- They are deliberately contructed to have board coverage with the goal of inexploitability

I want to be able to see, with preflop ranges a v b, where say b bets and a calls, what are the effects off different turns on these ranges rather than the whole preflop range - great swathes of which are no longer present.
Ideas?
