Rake and rakeback affecting our frequencies
I saw quite a lot of preflop sims that are simulated for Z500 or Z50 rake and such. But from what I understand they are not accounting for rakeback. So let's say we're paying 8bb\100 rake at NL100, but we have a 50% rakeback. That would mean that our effective rake would be 4bb\100 and we should use solutions that are solved for 4bb\100 rake structure - NL1000 or whatever that is. Obv not everyone has same rakeback making precise calculations tricky, but our BB defending ranges should be wider the more RB we have. Does that logic apply?
BTW does anybody have bb\100s for rake at low stakes? Not calculations, just big samples, aliases and such?

That sounds right to me, total rake you pay is what matters (rake minus rakeback).
Technically, yes. In actual practice though you will probably get far more mileage just picking any sane preflop charts and focusing on postflop play. Any small profit you pick up by fine tuning your BB defense range to the actual post-rakeback rake has to be weighed against how much you stand to win or lose postflop.
