raise turn w/ fd+overs after x flop?

BB bets $0.46, Hero calls $0.46

River ($1.57) T 8 5 3 7

BB checks, Hero checks

DIdn't raise because I thought that it wouldn't make much sense after x flop but I am not sure, thoughts?
