Hi have some questions about preflop strategy

If we want a cc range we want to have a 3bet polarized range?if peoples fold a lot i think this is the best strategy of course 

if yes our 3betting sizing must be a little big because we want more FE and because we want a more 4bet/f game?

also we know that OOP they (most of the time )defend more by 4betting than calling PF and IP they call more so when we are OOP PF we choose to 3bet a linear range that its stronger when called but on the other part our calling range became weaker and capped?!

sorry i hope u understand because i wrote random thoughts but i want to understand better why and how to built a good PF strategy
