Thoughts?
I think river call is standard cause I am getting good pot odds and I am already super commited to pot.
Looking back I think I would fold his 4bet. Hes probably not raising unless hes got monster QQ+ right?

3bet smaller preflop and then you can call a small 4bet and fold to a large one.
This situation is close between a going all inn preflop and folding. I don't think TT, 99 and AKo can call preflop. I will at least get all inn preflop with AK, JJ+ and TT is the hand that is close to as high EV as fold and shove. There are a lot of things that can go wrong for TT so it's probably just JJ+ and AK you should continue with against the large 4bet.
I wouldn't have a calling range vs. the 4b; get it in or fold, there's nothing in between.
I think this 3bet is very big considering you're in position and against villain's strongest opening range. When he 4bets to this size if you decide to go with the hand you have to just put it in preflop. It's not like you're deciding to get away from it on any flop so just put it in preflop.
One thing I would mention is that you're not often going to be good when he 4bets UTG, especially at NL2. Sometimes you're going to run into crazy villains at this stake who get in any two but until you get this kind of read on the villain I would just fold to the 4bet.
