Question regarding flop defence frequency
This isn't a cash hand but I feel like you guys will be more informed on the topic.
I have been doing some crev work on the following hand;

Assume villain is very good and both pre flop ranges are wide and include many types of hands but sb's is overall slightly stronger. On the flop 1-a is 69%...should we aim to not-fold more, less or equal to this number? Why? On the turn 1-a is 59%...same questions.
