The standard ratio of value/bluff is 1:2 otf 1:1 ott and 2:1 otr.
The board texture can change the c-bet percentage. If the board favors for Hero, hero can c-bet more often than usual. Vice-versa, if the board favors for villain, hero should c-bet less than usual.
How about value and bluff ratio?

For example, the board favors for villain, hero should bluff less since there is not much fold equity.
So it should be something like 1:1 otf I guess.
