Sizing bit inconsistent, on the turn you can size up and shove river, you aren't betting weaker than straights here and T9 is very low % of your range.
Sometimes check turn too, can't fire every Tx and FD we have (for big sizing at least)
Is always a river shove? Don't we block a lot of his folding range when the 9 pairs OTR?
hard to tell, depending how range contracted but alongside with JT,KT/QT especially spade (blocking T9ss/J9ss looking decent)
This spot might be that we need to check flop sometimes, but I like river shove with this one everytime I get there
Yeah, I don't like the turn sizing either. This is a spot where you're not really betting thinly, which means when we do bet we want to bet LARGE. So either pot it, or check. I think either is fine.
As played, probably waiving the white flag on the river. While it is good that you unblock FDs, you block his straight draws and don't block any pairs that may be inclined to call a bet when the number of nines in your range is severely reduced.
The way this spot works is that villains range has a lot of overpairs after calling flop and turn, so what your strategy should be againts that is to bet big with a range of trips or better and bluffs. If I wanted to bluff on the river, I would probably just shove. Half pot bet isn't gonna do much againts a range that contains so many good bluffcatchers and you're not incentivized to valuebet for thin value.
