Against the same 23/16 on my previous HU hand, as I said due his agressive playing I didnt respect many of their raises, and calling and raising lighter.

Can I bet/fold here, maybe I have like natural laws in my mind that on 3bet pot I can manouver being able to play bet/fold or checking behind, so thats why I question here raisng a x/r, I considered the range preflop being on many FlushDraws, St8 draws, pp and some broadways, but brodaways and pp pairs I dont think call my reraise, so in this time I the one against draws, some JJ+ and sets.
Worth isolating against his draws??
For sets and JJ+ im behind right?

I think there are some merits in checking behind when we got the Q of diamond. Betting is still obv an option, but I would just call his raise with QdQx. We block a bunch of his flushdraws, rather gii without Qd. Don't see the point in shoving flop rly since we're isolating ourselfs vs a nuttier range when our hand is like pretty much perfect imo to just call his raise since we can continue on diamonds etc.
Edit: Not sure if i missread the hh, how can pot be 32.34 ott but he wins 49.94? And otf "sb raises => sb calls" wtf?
Either way i like bet/calling or checking behind, bet/calling is my number 1 option. Still fun to take different lines depending on reads/dynamics etc.
Folding the flop is out of the question. He doesn't have 85/82/25, so you only lose to 22/55/88. Also, he may fold 55/22 to a 3-bet, or not raise the flop.
I'd jam the money in, and be happy about it.
Calling is fine if you think he'll spew off his stack on a bluff. The lower your overpair, the more inlclined I'd be to jam. Having the Qd should make you a little big more comfortable about just calling.
With QQ, I'd go all in. And with AA/KK, I'd call the raise.
As played, you have to call if he jams the J turn.
Why the lower the overpair is you are more inclined to jam? ....
Its for A or K that can come in the later streets, and you want to get in with equity on our side?
I know that he was so aggressive, so its fine to put him on many pp pairs like 99-JJ and Flush draws, and justify my all in?
overcards can hit and u put urself in a though spot... thats why u jam lower overpairs
+1 to pretty much everything chael said. if you think he's aggro spewy then i'd be inclined to call QdQx. the higher the pair, the fewer cards we need to be 'scared' of. for instance if he has KdJx for example, when have TT he has any K/J to hit a higher pair than us. aswell as any A/Q being a card we are unhappy about. However, when we have AA, we are not scared of any of these cards making him better pairs.
if you believe that he would raise/gii with 99-JJ and maybe some 8x or something then there could be more of an argument for jamming as there could be some turn cards that kill our action, but it depends how that portion of his range weighs up against the other portions.
In fact I believe he can gei it here even with Broadways due to previous action between us.
