Fun hand ;-)
I'd get it in and gamble with QQ and fold lower pairs, but I'm a little spewy after playing a lot of HU the last year. CO should shove AK because of the size of the pot and you can be ahead of some smaller pairs.
It should be possible to do some math on the spot. I can take a look in CREV if the hand generates different opinions.
