Even though villain is about 160 BB deep blind v blind I can probably 4bet GII QQ here? I might be wrong though

I probably should have checked this turn card but if I check and he bets do I call or just fold? Villain could have a flush here but I think he can have a ace high float and now has the nut flush draw.. not sure what the play is. As played I think i have to fold to a shove
My other question is if I did x/c turn and face a bet on a non spade non A K river, do I have to call? Whats my villains range if he bets the turn card?
