Quite a strange spot. did not know what to make of the donkbet, but considering BB did not have a full stack he is probably a fish and could do this with a wide range. Considering his call after the raise I don't think he has a hand that has us beat. If we construct a raising range for BN of 88+, AcKc we have about 41% equity, which would make this raise +EV considering the dead money, right? Any comments?

Not sure why you just called BB donkbet and shove vs BTN raise and BB call.
The problem is that your Qc block a lot of their semi bluffing combo (KQcc, QJcc, AQcc, QTcc... I also don't think that BTN raises worst for value if he is not too bad. I think I would fold, BTN raise looks pretty strong in a 3bet pot against a bet and a call, you gonna run in 99/88/44/98 a lot imo and you are not even sure to be always ahead of BB.
Why would you assume that BTN shoves 88+? Doesn't make any sense for him to play TT/JJ this way. His range is more like 99/88/98s and draws, and versus that range I would just fold my hand. BB can also have you beat.
Raising flop with the intention to GII versus the fish and fold to a reraise from BTN might be a viable play, although I'm not sure. As played I'll probably fold as well.
^This.
yeah this, except for the "probably". This is a snapfold vs BN's range and BB occasionally beats us as well
