Probably quite a standard spot. But is this passive line ok here? Was contemplaining raising flop (or turn), but I block most hands that can outdraw me. River is a standard fold right?

If you think he is out of line you can probably 4bet/call preflop, calling is standard too.
As played it's standard, OTR you block KQ and the only bluff he might have here is KT (most likely suited) and I don't see any flush combo he might bluff except 76cc maybe.
About flop and turn I don't think raising is great with no read, as you said you block a lot of his bluffing combo, even the turn would be close without the gutshot as there are not a lot of bluff except AKcc
I would just 4bet preflop, I don't see a reason not to. We're 5 handed which makes it even more valuable compared to calling.
Postflop is standard, nothing else to do with our hand really.
MORE AGGRESSION OVER HERE. EVERY STREET!
4bet/jam pre.
Snap 4b/gii pre vs this player.
Postflop is std.
