QQ in 4-bet facing CR on flop

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BB: $11.95
UTG: $9.07
MP: $7.33 (Hero)
CO: $5.00
BN: $5.00
SB: $8.73
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with Q Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.45, BB folds, Hero raises to $1.30, SB calls $0.85
Flop ($2.65) T 2 5
SB checks, Hero bets $0.89, SB raises to $1.90
I did placed a small cbet. Is that a bad play in these kind of hands? And how do we proceed? According to his range (over a small sample tho) he can still have suited overcards, JJ+ or maybe a set of tens.

If we raise and we get called we are always beaten I guess. Can this be a bluff on these stakes (given the stacksizes)?

Villain is 24/20 over 144 hand 3b of 9 and a AF of 2.7. Dont know if these are the most relevant stats tbh.

Any tips are welcome!
