Villain seems weak fishy. I'm not sure what my plan should be here because I have two thoughts that both seem reasonable.
We barrel here because if he has a hand we beat he will call once more and not turn it to a bluff otr even IP, so we essentially buy a free SD against hands that we beat while also getting this extra street of thin value.
We check/call here because fish call flop wide anyway (although a lot of that will be A-high...), so we give him a chance to stab and then we xf river if he fires again under the assumption that he won't continue blufing. Pretty normal to see fish checkback with bluffs and not even bother bluffing them again if they don't improve.
What are your opinions?

Hi, against a weaker player I guess 3barreling with a small sizing OTT and OTR might be good
What? Have you seen your another hand: http://www.runitonce.com/nlhe/paired-flop-cbetting-barelling/ ? You cbet there less than 50% with air, now you cbet over 66% with value range!
It's a b/xc/x reevaluate for me.
I x/c here some low aces as well, and barrel fd/str8 and TPGK+.
Maybe it's bad that my x/c range is pretty capped up to medium aces, dont know @DDogkillah @Kalupsu, do you think we should protect our xc range here with some 7x?
Of course I cbet >66% with value range :D
Against a regular player I'm much more in favour of xc turn but I'm not sure if it's relevant when our opponent is fishy and won't fold his 5x, 88+, and particularly because fishy people are floating flops wide i.e. with Ax hands.
oh sorry, didnt notice he's a fish :)
